Current projects include providing training to librarians and paralibrarians in topics of youth services, technology, and gaming; speaking at ALA state chapter conference; delivering online classes for YALSA and Simmons; administering a Verizon grant for ALA; and evaluating an LSTA grant for the Glendale (AZ) Public Library.

Instructed library students in programming for young adults; lecture included developmental assets of teenagers, presentation of programming successes and failures, and dealing with behavioral issues.
